Due to the personalized nature of items, all sales are final. I will only accept returns if product is defective, and I must be contacted within 7 days of receiving your order.I am happy to help you with your order so please contact me.
Because the products that I offer are either handmade and/or personalized at the time an order is placed, shipping usually takes 2 1/2 weeks, I will notify you if turnaround time will be longer.If you are needing a rush order,let me know and I will certianly try to get it to you sooner if everything is in stock. I do not ship to P.O Boxs. Most items are shipped FedEx from the location where they are made. Occasionally, I have items in stock and ready to be shipped. If I have something already in stock that you are interested in I will mail USPS first class.
